The latest update is not acceptable. I have spent hours programming my phone to operate the way I want. From special ring tones to blocked numbers. All is lost with the latest update. The text in most applications is much too small and it is nearly impossible to perform one touch calls. I will be leaving android and purchasing an Apple product now. I wonder how Verizon plans to handle this transaction.

Which phone model do you have?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. After the update my apps were all rearranged, text was very small and light. The main problem is that my flashlight icon totally disappeared. I had the phone for a year before I knew it had a flashlight when my grandson told me how to use it. I got used to it and now it's gone. How can I get my flashlight back?

There are flashlight apps in the Play Store you can download.

If you swipe down from the top of the screen, it should pull down a curtain that has shortcuts to several things on it, like your flashlight. If you don't see the flashlight among the icons, you can press the grey bar below the icons on the curtain, then swipe down again to reveal even more. I hope that helps!
