How do you reset outgoing voicemail message?

I have a J3 Eclipse How do I reset my outgoing voicemail message?

Are you referring to the greeting that callers hear when they call you? Are you using Visual Voicemail, or Basic Voicemail where you call to listen to messages?

I was able to get my answer thru Verizon chat.  For anyone who needs this info:

Hit *86, then option 4.  You will hear an option to change your greeting. First it will play your current message, then will give you an option to re-record a new one.
