How do I back up S-Notes, videos, and paid apps to my windows XP PC from a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II?

My new phone is a Motorola Droid Turbo 2, but I can use the data from the videos and S-notes on my PC.

Smart Switch will work for the galaxy but not sure about your Droid
