I'm not sure what happened, but I was using the internet, which was working just fine. Then all of a sudden it just stopped on me. I still have signal and it shows that data is being sent and received, but nothing loads in any application I try.
What sort of plan are you on? Prepaid or Post Paid? Did you give the phone a quick reboot?
It's possible that if you are on prepaid, the data shut off because of the data limit being hit. On all other cases, this could be a situation where a network or software issue caused the phone to no longer register to the network for dada service. A reboot is the easiest way to solve these one-off issues.
you certainly are not alone.. try this, when im outside, i cant even send a photo through emails. how that for not working. when im home its flawless, and it taps into my comcast, but goto the mall IN OR OUTSIDE.;;; IM LUCKY TO GET WEB OR EMAIL, and this is my second S7 EDGE.i will be happy when you find the solution to it, so it will help us all
Upon further testing it seems to be a problem with the building I'm in at work. It worked fine anywhere else I was at today, even just stepping outside, but when I was at my desk, it was garbage. Usually it works fine there though so I don't know what was up today.
Jurassicbond, I know how important it is to have service when you are at work and let's look into this deeper. Is anyone else at work experiencing the same issue? What zip code are you currently located?
