i had tmobile everything unlimited..i had

the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge... they kep charging my debit more then once a

month..n had phone issues..never fixed.

Went 2 Verizon & purchased a whole new

phone & got the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge..

when i got it I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING

WAS UNLIMITED..CALL/TXT/WEB ETC...

THAT MY BILL WAS GONA B BOUT

$85-90MO. so then,i look online n c that

now my [removed] says i owe over $1,000

WTF... IF EVERYTHINGS UNLIMITED

Y IS MY BILL OVER $1,000 THATS

NOT WHAT I AGREED 2..N IM [removed]..

CUZ THEY HAD TOLD ME ALLLLLL

UNLIMTED THEN MY [removed] SAID I

OWED $145 N NOW IT SAYS OVER

$1,000 WTF IM [removed] N NOT PAYIN

A $1,000 SOMETHIN A MONTH 4 DROPPED

CALLS N [removed] RECEPTION..WHEN

MY PHONE WAS SUPPOSED 2 B ALLLLL

UNLIMITED.. U CANT LIE N TELL

CUSTOMERS ITS ALL UNLIMITED N

THE  CHARGE N RIP THEM OFF..[removed]

NOW WHAT ILL B WITHOUT A PHONE?

I HAD VERIZON AWHILE BACK FOR 8YRS

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM HAD ALSO A

MONTHLY MY PHONE HAD BEEN STOLEN

N BILL WAS RAN UP 2 $800 CUZ VERIZON

NEVER TURNED MY [removed] OFF LIKE THEY

SAID..I PAYED THE BILL N DISCONNECTED

[removed] B4..IT WAS DUE N NOW VERIZON

WANA CHARGE ME THE 400 DEP..HOW DARE U.. WHEN I EVEN HAD A PAY MORE 4 THAT

PHONE CUZ U....... DIDNT... SHUT THAT

PHONE ON LIKE U WERE SUPPOSED 2! NOW

I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONE

N [removed] STILL HASNT BEEN FIXED..N U

GUYS CHARGE ME OVER $1,000 IM NOT

PAYING THAT MUCH..UR SERVICE HAS

GONE 2 [removed]..IF [removed] NOT RESOLVED

IM DONE 4 GOOD WITH VERIZON..

VERY DISAPPOINTED N VERIZON..

HOW CAN THIS BILL B FIXED N GET

[removed] I WAS PROMISED??????? AS OF

UNLIMTED EVERYTHING 4 THE $85-90..
