I just got a new computer (Windows 8.1, 64-bit). When I try to connect my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 to it, I get the message: "Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware". Is there any remedy for this?
I get this message when trying to run Upgrade Assistant or Repair Assistant. The phone is connected by USB, and I can navigate to the phone via Windows Explorer. Any suggestions?
