Okay so that basically explains it all but to break it down again.
I recently lost all of my texts; I have no clue how it happened I just need some of them back for business information. I have them all backed up via Verizon Cloud but I don't see a way to sync them back to my phone. Is this an option or am I just missing something? Thanks in advance for the help!
Unfortunately, no, Verizon only keeps messages on their servers for a few days once delivered, and not much longer if they are not received. Even if they are still on their servers, it takes a court order to get them.
