3 times today my stratosphere has flashed the samsung sign. i don't have time for this i need it to stop. it has not had any water damage. i have not dropped it.

That is a bit odd. But, fear not, as we'll have you phone working like new in no time.
Now, I do have a few questions to ask. First of all, when it flashes the Samsung sign, does it just come up temporarily or does it stay there? Additionally, is your phone actually turning off and then back on? Currently, no known issue with the Stratosphere has a description like this so please start by turning off the phone, pulling the battery, pulling the SIM, reinserting both after 30 seconds, power back on your device, and monitoring. Please let us know how it goes.
