I go into Setting>About Phone>System updates...I keep getting a message at the top of my pull down screen that says download (for ICS) is suspended and will resume shortly. My son is somewhat knowledge is Android and has ICS on his Nexus, but we can't figure this one out. Have not been to Verizon store yet. I have been doing this for three days, any help?

Thank you all for your suggestions. I appreciate you taking the time to help out our fellow community members.
@edl36,
I know you’re excited about the ICS update and I’m sorry you’re having difficulties. But don’t worry because I’m here to help!
Try pulling the update while connected to WiFi. You can also go into Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Google Services Framework. Clear data and force-stop the app. Then go into Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Updates > Check Now.
Keep me posted if you are still unable to pull the update.
