Does the Droid not having issues connecting to other WiFi connections? If it does then the issue is with the router and Comcast. It would be best to contact Comcast tech regarding this as it is possible that the router have either whitelisting, bandwidth limit, or you may need to manually set a static IP on each WiFi enabled devices. Well at least that's what worked for me.
How is it not connecting? Can the phones see the wifi SSID? What errors are you getting?

The phone says connected, but internet dose not work. No error message, just
tell a you network not available.

I agree with Ralph. If the message on the phone is connected, not Internet, then the problem is likely in the router or the modem or both if they are two separate pieces of equipment. Usually when I see that, I have to reboot my modem.

Just a thought - are you connected to the "generic" xfinity wifi, or your specific router? Xfinity, in our neck of the woods, has a feature that our router broadcasts a wifi signal that is an open wifi connection that anyone in the neighborhood can use without a password - I see "xfinity wifi" on my phone all the time as an available connection.
That's NOT my router tho - or my paid for xfinity connection. That's named with the router name or a name that you can personally set. Also, if your router is like mine, it broadcasts both 2.4 5 MHz signals, and you need to give each of them a different name to prevent confusion over what connection you are making.
Contacting a specialist at Comcast to make sure your connections are all in order would be the best route.
