Is there a way to be notified when Verizon actually addresses the Kitkat upgrade as a problem?

Frankly, I am wasting a lot of time reading the same "let's get to the bottom of your problem" responses treating each users exact same complaints as though they are unique to them and then telling them to do the exact same thing we all know does ZERO to address the manifold problems of their disastrous Kitkat update.  I smell class action lawsuit if they don't start addressing the problems form paying for 4G when you can only get 1X or 3G now or from a house burning down because the batteries are going to catch fire.  Fix it Verizon.  Fix it now.
