Isis not compatible w/ Razr HD?

I've downloaded the VZW Isis Mobile wallet app and it says my phone is not supported.

I have the red and white SIM card that came with the phone, I have the SW Version 0.7.2.XT926.Verizon.en.US which was supposed to enable Isis, and my NFC is enabled. What might I be missing?

You need a different SIM card than what came with the phone if you want to use ISIS.

I appreciate your input, a call in to VZW Tech Support had led me to believe that the SIM that comes with the RAZR HD is already the "different" SIM. But then I called a store in Austin TX, and they told me that I'd have to come in to get the correct one. Thanks!
