So I got my new phone: The WiFi at home, my parents house I have no problem.
At work I can not seem to connect.
I have done a factory reset, turned off the booth tooth.
I have also gone to Verizon were of course Wifi magically connects.
I attempt to connect to the Wifi at work and it just circles and circles--I have even attempted to go thru the help portion on the phone but it never connects.
I know it might be "it has to be the WiFi itself" but if every other employee can connect....why cant I?
Any one have any advice???
Verizon says for me to go swap it----but that just makes me more upset.

if you had same issue with new device and old device with same wifi then its not you or device ...you might ask another IT person to help who is more capable of understanding issue....calling V will not fix it ....

Yessika, connecting to office WiFi is very important, that's where we spend most of our time. If your phone is connecting to other WiFi services then we have to look at your office WiFi. Let’s1st start by making sure your software is up to date: http://vz.to/1Ne4vgQ
