My droid phone is not allowing incoming calls or out going calls. Tried turning off and back on that did not work. What should I do?
Are there any other connection issues? Do you still have internet, or only wifi?
The SIM card may corrupted or just loose in the phone. You can try removing it, then power down the phone, reinsert the card and power the phone back on.
If that doesn't work, you can get anew SIM card free at a corporate Verizon store.
Being able to make & receive calls is crucial. SuzyQ gave some great steps to try. How long has your phone been like this? What zip code are you in? Do you know of anyone else coming across the same issues?
