So Verizon, how long will it take to get a fix for the texting issue that alot of people are having since it came out? It would be nice to have a fix soon or maybe everyone with the issue should make a mass exodus to a carrier that will fix issues from an update. I would like to know exactly how many people are actually having this texting issue no matter what device. I have the Samsung Galaxy S4.

Waiting on Tech Support to give me an update on issue or if going to get me a different device rather than the Galaxy S4. If not, I am leaving Verizon!!

Kit Kat update has been horrible! Not only does my device lag in text messaging, it's still finicky if on speaker phone and I'm trying to access my screen (blacks out)...
The kicker: it won't charge well now or hold a charge. My father has the same phone (Galaxy S3), except with Metro PCS. He still gets to run jellybean, as it wasn't forced upon him to update.
NEVER did I think I'd actually be envious of a Metro PCS subscriber. 😕
