What does the (recorded) announcement, from the phone speaker, "Verizon Wireless" mean?  I hear this announcement only when driving through one specific rural area.  This area is about 700 feet up my home.  My home is at 4200 feet elev.  Also,  (2)  I hear this announcement in the same rural location which is about 10 miles from a cell phone tower.  Prior to hearing this announcement I have NOT touched my phone.
