Hi there, @banasto. I know I would be lost if my content was not backed up either, so I want to make sure you can move forward with ease with your Verizon Cloud. Can you tell me what happens when you attempt back it up? To confirm, are you following the steps below? 

 

From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Media center > Cloud.
2. Highlight Terms & Conditions by pressing the Navigation key up, and then press the
Center soft key . Terms & Conditions will be displayed.
3. Read it and select Back to return to the previous screen.
4. Select Next, if you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
