LG Enlighten Screen Help!!!

Hello, so I went out last night and I think my phone may have gotten some sort of water damage to it. The phone itself seems to be working okay but the touch screen is the biggest issue!! I tried taking out the battery and even holding down the power and volume down button to reset it. But whenever I power it back on, the screen is either not responding, or it has very delayed reactions when I touch it and starts going crazy almost like it is trying to remember what I want it to do all at once!!! Can anyone please help me?? Smiley Sad

Hey there belle45,

I am sorry to hear you are continuing to have issues with your LG Enlighten. If there is indeed water damage and you have already try dying it out we are limited in what we can do. You can try a factory reset,http://vz.to/IwRcO0.  If that doesn't work we would have to look at replacement options.

When is your upgrade date? Dial #UPG to find out.

If you have insurance you would see this being billed monthly on your monthly statement. If you do indeed have insurance you can place a claim here,http://bit.ly/07CrqPK.

Oh no! Sorry to hear about your phone. I know how important it is to have a properly working phone at all times. Did you have insurance on the device? Did you allow the device to dry completely before using the phone? Keep me posted.

I cannot remember if I had insurance or not, but I did let it dry, this was a few days ago and the screen is still doing the same thing. I think the touch screen sensor is really really messed up or damaged. Is there anything I can do? Maybe a factor reset? Or should I just take it to a store?
