Tablet has been having problem holding charge, now it won't even power on, or take a charge. Plug charger in and nothing. Anyone know what's up?

Yikes! I depend so much on my tablet now days, dawnixsmith. I want to make sure that we get yours up and running ASAP. So, are you using the original charger that came with the device? Have you tried to use different charges and wall outlets? Any kind of physical or liquid damage to the device? I would recommend: Press and hold the Power button (located on the top-right edge with the charging port facing down) until the device powers off (approximately 10 seconds) then release. Note: Allow several seconds for the reboot process to complete. Please keep us posted.

I do not believe I am using the charger that came with the device. My teenager has a bad habit of swiping any charger he can find to charge his devices with. I have tried several different charger, on several different power outlets to no avail. There is no damage to the unit, in, like new condition. It does not even power on at this point so am unable to follow the troubleshooting steps provided. It's is dead, dead, dead... did I mention, it's dead! Lol

Can the internal battery be replaced by an authorized LG/Verizon repair location?

We certainly want to take a closer look into this issue, Dawnixsmith. With the device not powering on at all, this does limit our ability to trouble-shoot the device for obvious reasons. We want to review the account to check into replacement options. Please feel free to contact us directly: http://vz.to/1MWa2ew
