While traveling in Europe recently my LG K4 phone reset itself to Initialization mode. The phone uses Android version 6.0.1. I had to re-initialize the phone losing all the pictures, documents, etc. locally. (They had been backed up to the Verizon cloud.) As part of the initialization process, I was not able to SKIP the part identifying a WiFi network and that network had to include a password. All of this happened while the phone was in airplane mode, protected by Avast, and attached to a secure WiFi. Finally, this happened not once, but three times within the span of two weeks. Has anyone else had this problem?
