My husband has an LG K8V and I have an LG 20V on the same Verizon account. My LG was updated on 9-21-18. As of 2 days ago, I can send him texts, but he is unable to respond or send me texts. It is just to my phone number -- he can send to everyone else. When he tries to send a text to me, it wants him to set up a group text. Please let me know how to correct this problem. Thanks.
