LG optimus exceed 2

My flashlight on the LG optimus exceed 2 has stopped working, haven't had this phone not even a month yet. Haven't dropped it in water or dropped it at all

I am so sorry to hear that your new phone has stopped working so quickly! Do you get an error message when you try to open the flashlight? Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the app you have to see if that will correct the issue. Also, be sure that your camera's flash is set to "on" or "automatic." You can do this by going to the Camera, and clicking the lightening bolt shaped arrow button on the left. If flash is set to off, the flashlight may not work either.

Sorry to hear about your trouble with the flashlight. Does the camera flash work? When did you first notice the trouble? Any changes to the phone at that time, such as downloading a new app?

No the camera flash doesn't work at all. Haven't installed any apps for a

flashlight once I seen the widget. I first noticed it when I tried to take

a picture

Let's look into this! When is the last time that the flash on the device worked? Have you checked the camera settings to see if the flash is turned to "off" or "automatic?"
