My phone is slow and glitchy. Not responsive having to shut off to reset all the time, apps are running slow and glitchy. Battery is dying from full to dead in 6 hours with minimal use, having difficulty connecting through bluetooth and wifi as it disconnects. Running warm neber did before and it all started after I updated my phone, really wish I had not as now I'm stuck...

The Samsung Engineer had told me that Verzion had made there own waves here stateside unlike Europe, and Sprint had gone with a bare factory phone install version. I also got a look at a 5.1 update that both Samsung and VZW were just setting on for now.

That was a lie. You would NEVER talk to an engineer that would know let alone break their NDA.

Sprint services are baked into the device and in TouchWiz. It is was "bare bones" none of that stuff would be in their including their service monitors and EULAS for said services.

Running in Safe Mode did nothing to improve performance of my S5 after this terrible Lollipop update and made it even more glitchy. Now having issues with stock music app and contacts. Spending a lot of money every month to Verizon Wireless and basically have a phone that doesn't do what I bought it for. Thanks for all your help Verizon

The best thing I did was call Verizon tech support and have them reset my phone. My phone had been using up all its battery though I wasn't even using the phone. I don't like all the upgrades especially the symbols on the keyboard! I can't see them at all. can that be changed or enhanced for those 50-somenthing folks?
