I had bought an LG V20 phone and apparently it has been locked or something due to non payment. How can i get it unlocked?

I'm sorry to read that you are having problems with your phone. This is definitely not the experience we want for any of our customers. All of our 4G devices are unlocked for use. When you say that your device is locked, can you please provide clarity as to what you are trying to accomplish? Are you currently a Verizon Wireless customer? You mentioned that you believe the phone is locked due to non-payment. If your account is past due, then your services are in danger of service interruption.
