Hello. I am due for an upgrade on 12/1.. this will be my first personal smart phone. I have experiences with blackberry for work and am currently using an old Droid due to my feature phone crapping out after 4 years.
I was leaning towards the Galaxy S3, but I read a lot about SIM card issues, dropped calls, and not being able to connect to wifi.. all things that are very important to me. I have a low gig plan, so wifi connection is very important. I live in a 3g area (Lebanon, Pa) and work in a 4g area (harrisburg). Have these locations been known to have the Sim card issue? Are there other phones that are better than the Samsung? I am not against an iphone or other device if it is more reliable.
I am planning on purchasing my phone from Costco or amazon since they seem to have the best prices.
