We get very poor cell service at our home which makes it very difficult to have a conversation without digitizing to the point of having to go outside. Is there a way to force the phone to use wifi? The phone does switch to wifi once in a while but it is only random.
What type of phone do you have?
get a wi-fi extender, should work well.....but you do have to have wi-fi already!
Kargas75, not having a strong connection at home is never what we want our customers to experience. I depend on my services daily, so having to go outside when at home would concern me as well. We will make sure we get this figured out for you. Please share with me what type of device are you using?
