I have two devices a Droid Maxx 2 and a S7. Both of these phones are having a issue while in a call of dropping audio. It only happens if you switch to the speaker phone then try to switch back to the ear. The phones will drop all audio. The other person can hear you but I will have to hang up and call back. The audio will not drop as long as I don't switch from ear to speaker phone.
jaywclark, Let's get your audio back on your phone calls. It would be upsetting to have this happen in the middle of a call. When did this start? What zip code are you at? Does this happen indoors, outdoors, or both?
