Having issues since the new update. Lots of random reboots. USB to PC plug in, PC is not recognizing it disconnect and reconnect over and over

Which phone model do you have? There were three different phones that were issued an update in the last week and two other devices the week before.

Updates can sometimes be a phones best friend or worst enemy.  Let's see if we can get   your phone back into the friend zone.  Sometimes the software can have trouble downloading.  What kind of troubleshooting have you done?  Is there any physical damage on your phone? 


We might have to do a full factor reset on your phone to clear up these issues.  What is the make and modle of your phone?
