Correct Answer: Marshmallow upgrade HTC Desire 626?

I was wondering when the upgrade to Marshmallow is coming for the Desire 626? I contacted HTC and their response was to contact Verizon. I am sorry this is in the General Android forum but I don't see one specifically for HTC or for the 626.

HTC publicly lists the status of their phones' update progress. The HTC Desire 626 is listed as the following.

"This device is in the 1 - Development stage of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update."

TMobile , BOOST & Sprint Desire 626's are receiving Marshmallow (HTC's update status stage - This device is in the 4 - Complete stage of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow Release.)

With VZ HTC Desire 626 at "This device is in the 1 - Development stage of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update." seems to indicate a not in chance in hell you will get the update.

With VZ & AT&T love of encrypted boot loaders chances of you putting CyanogenMod 13 (Marshmallow) are not going to happen.
