Please help...phone will not connect to internet, unless using Wi-Fi. I can send/receive both text and phone calls...just cannot connect to internet. I have tried *288 option 2 and 1, pulled the battery, power cycled the phone, stopping/starting the network location application, ensuring that the "data roaming" is set to "connect to data services when roaming"...still NO INTERNET. HELP.
Make sure wifi is powered off.
Touch Menu >Settings >Wireless controls. Touch Wi-Fi to turn it off.
Power the device off then try removing the batter for about 1 minute. Place the battery back in and try dialing *228 send and option 2 on the device.
Then go to the browser, then settings, and then to restore the defaults.
