My phone only works on wifi, it will not connect to the mobile network. I'm 100% I'm in Verizon area. Please help thanks
What phone do you have? Try removing then reinserting the SIM card, or replacing the SIM card for a better connection. You can get a new SIM card free at any corporate Verizon store, or by calling customer service and having them ship it to you.
