There are three lines on my account: one for me, one for my husband, and another for my son. My husband and son's outgoing calls show my name on caller ID even though their names are assigned to their phones. How do we fix this?

With regard to this process you will need to set up the Share Name ID information for each line. This is ridiculous. Why is this so difficult? Verizon PLEASE SIMPLIFY THIS PROCESS! There is absolutely no reason why I can't EASILY have my name show up on the recipient's phone when I make calls and have my wife's name show up on a recipient's phone when she makes calls. WHY MUST WE WADE THROUGH REAMS OF "FAQs"? COME ON, VERIZON!
