I have V Cast with Rhapsody, and i set up my device and even downloaded a few songs and it was working fine. now, when i try to sync music, it tells me it can't connect and to check the USB. well, the usb is working fine because it charges and the MotoPortal is working when i hook it up. So i choose manage media from the connection menu, and it tells me connection failed, check USB. I have tried unintalling and reinstalling drivers. I am using Vista Business.
The hard reset should resolve this problem for you. The only thing you will lose is your applications since your contacts are automatically backed up. Once you have performed the reset you should be able to use the phone correctly and sync your music. The steps for performing the reset are listed below:
