I have the same phone it has battery problem. I am on my second droid 4 now and just today it went dead. It will still work if i have the charger charging it, but as soon as I take off the charger. Its dies. I am really upset and disappointed in Motorola now. My verizon bill is pretty costly too. Hope the phone will be worth it but it just trash phone. Hope to get a replacement soon, if not I am looking new service and with a I phone. One problem after another. Too many same mistake.

Oh My! I am sorry to hear about the problems with your phone. Have you tried to hold the volume down key along with the power key at the same time? This usually will turn the phone back on. If this does not work, do you have insurance for your phone? Let us know.
