My Galaxy S5 is not allowing me to log in to my VZ backup on the phone, I can login on my computer. I need help to back up my contact to my phone

newt12, of course we can assist you! Let's make sure that all of your contacts are backed up on your device. First, you will need to disable data in Settings of your device and connect to our network. Next, launch Backup Assistant from Settings. You will be provided with the option to "Backup Now."
