My LG Vortex Violet says not internet connection so I can't get facebook, I have no clue what to do

Hello TracyCh! We can work together to get this resolved for you. Does your device have a 3G signal? If not, make sure that your data is enabled. Go to Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Networks>Make sure the Data Enabled is checked. Additionally, ensure that WiFi is turned off unless you are using this method to connect to the web. I hope this helps.
