I've been on the unlimited talk/text/data for 10 years (and been with verizon since it was bell atlantic in 1993). I get a text message today that says I've used 75% of my 3GB/month data plan. I'm like what the heck is this. I log in to my account and find out that my plan has been changed to something called a 1000 shared anytime plan AND my unlimited data is now reduced to 3GB/month.
What is this nonsense!? I never changed my plan! I'm the only one on this account and I'm still using the same phone I've had for 2 years and have not upgraded. How can VZW do this type of scam? They wanted me off the unlimited data. Rediculous to say the least! How the heck can a plan just magically change!?

Usually (without fail) when I make change to our family plan, after I hit the submit button, about 10-15 seconds later I get a text message from Verizon say a change had been made to my plan and to call them if I didn't make the change.
