I have the same issue. I have tried overnight since about 2:30 am and still don't have access. Receiving the same data connection not available message.
Three Galaxy S7’s in our house. All three no hotspot this morning.! All three hotspot worked last evening. 1,000’s of customers having this issue. It is total garbage from Verizon to control their total system-wide data usage. I repeat. THIS IS CORPORATE WIDE RANDOM HOTSPOT DENIAL TO "LIMIT" EVERYONE'S "UNLIMITED" DATA. PROVE ME WRONG.!!
