I have a Galaxy J1. A maintenance window popped up when I restarted my phone and I followed the process. Since then my phone has been stuck on the red Verizon loading screen. I has been two days now. I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but that did not work. Please help ASAP!
Koechelc, we understand how important it is to have a working phone. Have you attempted powering the device on without the SD Card?
