My voilcemail has stopped?

I have a voicemail, however when I select that icon, I get a message : Unfortunately, voicemail has stopped. OK

What is needed to access voice mail ?

That voicemail app is for the visual voicemail. Used to cost money, but now it is free for basic vvm, so I would call up to customer service and have them add that free option to your account. That should stop the messages, and allow you to use the much more convenient visual voicemail instead of having to call in each time you want to hear your messages.

I am so sorry you are having issues accessing voicemail. What type of device do you have? Have you ever used the visual voicemail application before? Are you able to access your voicemail by dial *86?
