NFL Mobile App crashes immediately after opening

I also have several apps that crash after they are opened.  NFL mobile is one of them.  Locations are on.  I have a HTC m8

I am running version 12.0.56, I have tried the app with location on/off, notifications on/off, cleared cache, cleared data, updates unistalled/reinstalled, the whole app uninstalled/reinstalled, nothing has worked for me, it still crashes right as its loading up

I appreciate you trying that. Those are great steps and it is certainly concerning that the app continues to crash. Is it the same after restarting the phone? Are your other apps up to date as well?

All my apps are up to date. The newest version from the last update that

crashes is version 12.0.56. The app has no error message. When clicking on

the app, it opens for a second then crashes.

I found the same Verizon nfl app works on my LG tablet but not my Samsung

Galaxy Note 4. I read in other problems and reviews on the app that other

note 4 and galaxy phones having the same issues.

Your efforts are greatlly appreciated, we'll definitely get this figured out. You mentioned the issue began 2 weeks ago. Have you recently downloaded ant new applications within the last 2 weeks?

Yes I recently downloaded another app within 2 weeks. It was the Google

translator. It works fine. The nfl app was pre-installed on my galaxy note

4 and been going through recent updates and it won't open now

It sometimes works at work in 97124 area code but not stable and crashes.

It may work for a minute or so. At my home in the 97078 area it won't open

at all and crashes in a second with no error messages. It did have a push

notification message about a team highlight from the app this morning at

6:17am this morning. I clicked on it but it didn't open.

In addition to all the attempts that I made listed above, yes I also tried restarting the phone (come on really? lol) and I also updated all of my apps just to double check. I have not installed any new apps anytime lately, there must be something else going on. Again very dissapointing, and while we are in preseason I am angry, if this persists during the regular season I will be taking my business elsewhere.

To include in my trouble shooting I have now force stopped all extra apps I

have and the nfl mobile still does not work. I uninstalled the nfl app and

restarted my phone. I then installed the nfl app and it still does not

work. Please let me know what you would like me to try next
