I have a factory unlocked Note10+ and since it is not a stock Verizon phone I cannot get voicemail to work. I am unable to download the Verizon voice mail app from the Play store and the clerk at the Verizon store was no help. Can't believe that with so many unlocked phones on the market that there is not an app that is available for voice mail. Can anyone out there help???

You should check to see if you can use the Google dialer application with its integrated voicemail software. Otherwise you will be limited to using the basic non-visual voicemail feature by dialing *86 to access your voicemail.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

There is nothing to fix. On an uocked phone it seems you have to dial *86 to access voicemail.

jordisunshine, we certainly want you to be able to use your voicemail on the device of your choosing. To clarify, are your referring to Visual Voicemail? Are you able to dial in to your Voicemail?
