Hi, I have a virus on my Droid Razr Maxx HD that is sending texts to my contacts. I tried two different antivirus (AVG, Avast) but neither of them picked anything up. I plan to do a factory reset and have backed up all of my data, photos, texts, etc. The issue is that I am currently out of the country and don't have access to the Verizon network. Does anyone know if this will be a problem? Will I need to access the network to get my phone running (and to recognize who I am) when I complete the factory reset? I do have a wifi connection, but my phone is otherwise on airplane mode. Thanks very much!
