This is the second time in two days I have lost the network around the same time (9-10 AM) and it won't work for hours. I can't seem to find anything about coverage outages. I am located in Utica, NY. Anyone have any insight as to why this keeps happening.

That's 2 day too many and I apologize for the inconvenience. Your efforts are apprecaited, let's look into this. What is your current zip code? Do you experience the issue in and/or outdoors? Do you know if any other VZW customers are experinecing a similar issue in the area? Please tell me more.
