New LG G6 from Verizon Won't Activate

Just received a new LG G6 and it won't activate. Says my connection is too slow with 4G and five bars. Nothing more I can do. Ideas?

The LG G6 is an excellent device, and I want you to enjoy it. I'm sorry you're having problems activating your new phone. I certainly want to make sure everything is resolved for you. To activate a phone is important to have a good 4G connection. Have you tried activating your new device connected to Wi-Fi? Did you purchase the phone from our store? Did you receive a new SIM card?
