I have a dumb phone was getting 30 to 50 spam messages a day, Verizon had the nerve to charge me overage! When I reported it and told it was a virus. They told me to change my number online, I did 2 hours ago! Still does not work!!! I turned it off 5 mins then on…I told all my contact my new number none of them can reach me this is AWFUL….HELP
