You can try rebooting your phone (hold the power button till the phone powers off, wait a minute, then hold the power button again to let the phone reboot). You can also try removing the SIM card, then reinserting it to see if you get a better network connection.

auntcgv, I know the importance of having email on the go and staying connected through Social Media. When did this start happening? Do you have issues with calls, texts, or using data services such as browsing the web? Are you on Wi-Fi or on the Verizon network?
