Same symptoms however I can change roaming and CAN NOT toggle between auto network and manual so im locked out of network carrier options. This after new Sim card network reset. Verizon technical, Samsung tech support and still no network settings . Back to best buy to try new phone.
Intuigy, having that connection is something we want for all of your phones. It sounds like you have been working very hard to reestablish that connection. Outside of that software update, do you recall adding any new apps or games? Have you attempted a full factory restore?
