No reply to Oculus Gift Card promo

I have heard back after the initial reply.  Will someone please reply to me or provide me with a phone number to call. I still have not received my card or a reply.  Thank you.


I have not received my Oculus gift card either. I ordered the phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) on 12/23 and received it 12/24, and my bill started 12/23/16.   I received the VR headset with the phone, but haven't received any more information about the Oculus gift card.

Is it already included with the headset, which I have only used one time?

No I have not received any more emails or communication from Verizon, nor have I received my gift card.
