Note 4 not having earphones

It was a rep from Verizon that I chatted with.  But another one told me we weren't getting them.  So I don't know what is going on other than they are screwing us if they are not sending them with phone.

The AT&T model doesn't include headphones in the package.

This is terrible - Verizon has done some tuck-it-to-the consumer stuff before, but this takes the cake.

To be sure, i called Samsung and confirmed that the headphones ARE shipped to ALL carriers with headphones. Somewhere between receipt of the product and the sale to consumer, the headphones are removed.

I am ordering my Note 4 directly from Samsung (they assured me the headphones are included.

Indeed there was no earphones in my Note 4 box. Apparently, it is another attempt to minimize cost and maximize profits. Verizon figured that if you are upgrading from older smartphone to Note 4, most likely you already have one or pairs of headphones with mics, then why bother! If you never had pairs of headphones with mic before, then just cut the cord and go Bluetooth!

Samsung assured me that headphones are shipped with the Note 4

Fact:

I went to the Verizon store and they checked - the person that greets customers and puts your name down for service went in the back and checked the box - no headphones.

Simple call CS then request they send you the ear buds that you were supposed to get.
